#coolprompts The Wrong Place At The Right Time

#coolprompts 3 september – 9 september

There are 3 variants/choose any:

  • chance

ROMEO
O, I am fortune’s fool!

Immediately after Romeo kills Tybalt in a duel, Romeo declares he is “fortune’s fool.” This seems to suggest that “fortune” is responsible for Tybalt’s death, but not Romeo…Is anything in life truly #random?

  • life situation

  • use the phrase ‘the wrong place at the right time’ in your text (or under the photo). You can also use any book or movie for this prompt (if neccesary).

My own example will be posted during this week – hopefully, tomorrow.

Today – I’m on the way to the vet clinic in Stockholm.

To participate: post a story, poem or flash on your blog, tag the post – #coolprompts, pingback to Ray’s post (or any last post on RayNotBradbury’s Blog), if you want me to come over, read and comment. Any genre/style is welcome! No boundaries at all! It’s OKAY to bend the rules. Have fun!

Next Post – Psycho – Logical Tale ‘Discovery’, 18+

  1. Was ’t Hamlet wronged Laertes? Never Hamlet.
If Hamlet from himself be ta’en away,
And when he’s not himself does wrong Laertes,
Then Hamlet does it not. Hamlet denies it.
Who does it, then? His madness. If’t be so,
Hamlet is of the faction that is wronged.
His madness is poor Hamlet’s enemy.

Translation: I had nothing to do with when I killed your dad…
