  1. Honestly, I feel like crap..I went to my MD and got vaccination for I think, pneumocochal pneumonia. Also blood drawn from hand for a new kind of shingles screening…Ouch! All in all, like I said, I feel like crap.

  2. Absolutely LOVE this post. I was particularly caught by the growths on the tree. In Ak many birch trees are killed for a beneficial growth on them. It angers me because the trees don’t need cut down to harvest their chaga. Unfortunately, killing something seems to be the easiest form of gathering.
    Thank you for sharing some of the beautiful places in our world!
