Today is December The Third. Wake up, world! Time for Christmas Inspiration! Yeah, seems thats the only thing every blogger cares about. So let’s start!

Ask yourself a question: who are you, the Lord or a Slave? I know, you are so full of shit you truly believes you are the Lord, but if you cant clean up the mess in your own head you do not deserve to be crowned. Not yet.

The next question is easy: do you see yourself as a healthy being or a sick and “inhibited”? Cha! Think twice, Mr Lord.
If you are healthy, then you can make an order to your mind/brain what to think. You can rule over and control your moods. But if your mind decide what kind of thoughts to let in or you have to correct your actions after its orders – you’re sitting in the deep hole. And the road to inauguration is way too long, my dearest friend. 

Check: Your mind fills with the negative feelings quite often, “positive YOU” is living like a stuffed or caged animal. Animal who follows. And that creates attitude which limits your opportunities in life ( you think you are nothing, you are sleeping to 3pm and still enormously tired, you hate everyone in the office and outside, you are annoyed if your coffee is black and so on).


Heres the solution for you. But before I’ll start I’d like to say I’m experienceing negative feelings too. Sometimes. Thats why I understand you. But because of a constant exercises I became a better me and can manage difficult situations. I can faster get in touch with my inner self and solve the problem. We, humans, are a mix of a strong and weak sides. I believe by learning and training of your mind you can choose that STATE you want to be in…

The solution:
Routines. Especially sleep/food routines. Regular, nature-inspired routines are the body’s best medicine.

The Perfect Poo. YES. Digestion – poo – moods – happiness are all on the same line.

Find out about your dosha. Theres a test for you. Did it a while ago? Do it again. TEST 1

You have an original dosha, the one that you were born with. It doesn’t change much (eye color, temperament, bones etc). But if you feel unhappy then take a closer look at one out-of-the-balance dosha. Sometimes the out of the balance dosha may be the same as original one. Or it could be totally different. In any case you have to treat the imbalance!!!
Next step: Are you living your “dharma” (personal life purpose)? If not – why? The goals or desires of life (any human life!) are:


Sit and think for a while: how are you currently thriving in each of these life desires? And which of them does your heart crave the most?

5. Oh, and dont forget about sex.

  1. I picked up a book this last week called ‘The Gifts of Imperfections.’ Good stuff and it is helping me realise I’m not the idiot I thought I was! Not looking for crowns yet-

    I’m not sure but I think for Italians this needs to be amended. They don’t believe in controlling their moods. They think it’s a sin. Must be why they continue to be among top three healthiest nations. 😉

    And I did the test even though I really don’t like tests. Here it is:
