So I just found out that a human body is a triangle. Or if to be more correct – 2 connecting triangles.
The first triangle – the physical existence (downwards), the second triangle – the energy existence (upstairs).
So if you wanna be happy, in peace, fully connected with the world and your own mind/imagination – you have to create a perfect six-pointed star from your 2 triangles. Because without it, you are literally sitting in d shit. Everything in the universe, from the atomic to the cosmic, works the way it does because of geometric perfection. So DO NOT TRY to escape that!!! Be a six-pointed star! ☝️
Let me mention that the upward-pointing triangle is the foundation… and it won’t rise by itself, so don’t sit on your sofa with those thoughts: “I’m doing it right. I’m feeding and saving the most important triangle in this fluffy chair.” Move it and hold it up there, all the time.
How to move it? All depends on what you does with yourself and sadhana. Sadhana means daily spiritual practice. I guess you are feeding your lowest triangle every day, right? What is about the one above? Sadhana is whatever you do (repeatedly) to clear your own consciousness so you can relate to the infinity within you. Before you face the world each day, do yourself a favor and tune up with your inner self.
There’s a practice when you close your eyes and imagine you are at the cinema and looking at the huge dark screen. There’re no movies there. It’s a black screen. After a while (because you are not a Dalai and different crap popping up inside of your head all the time) you’ll see your thoughts as the images there. In that moment you have to say “poooof”. And imagine the screen is black again. You are keeping your mind as clear as possible at least 5-10 minutes. Each time you see a new image on the screen – tell it to “poof” out of your head!
You can also use a prayer or any mantra as a daily spiritual tunning.
The problem with us, human beings, is that in one situation we function well, in another – total mess. This is because we can (+want) only think, feel and act in particular way. The energy in our body is flexible, it learns what we learns. There’re 112 energies in our body and we can use them like a doorways to the ultimate human nature and not to harm ourselves. Just imagine if 102 energies wanna harm you and 10 is kinda trying to keep the rest of you in the balance. Yeah…interesting battle 😉
So don’t be a mess with your tri-angels, do not go through life like you are DEAD!
